Isaiah 40:31

The word “renew” in the above scripture could also mean to exchange. Also the word “wait” could also mean to twist upon or intertwine.

So, those who wait on the Lord could also be translated as those who twist upon Him. This is a more accurate rendering for a new covenant believer because the spirit of Christ has been poured into our hearts at new birth . So, all that is needed is to intertwine our thoughts with our spirit. When we do this in meditation, we exchange our weakness for His strength and we soar high!
